1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TradeGel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TradeGel provides automated trading bot software (Expert Advisors) for use with MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms. Access to the bots is granted free of charge to users who sign up with a partner broker using our referral code and complete the verification process.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use the Service. You must also be eligible to open a trading account with our partner brokers in your jurisdiction.
4. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Verification Process
To access the trading bots, you must create an account with one of our partner brokers using the provided referral code and submit your broker account details for verification. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our discretion.
6. Use of Trading Bots
The trading bots are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You acknowledge that trading involves risk and that past performance does not guarantee future results. You use the bots at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All trading bot software, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of TradeGel. You may not redistribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any of our trading bots.
8. Limitation of Liability
TradeGel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our trading bots or services. This includes but is not limited to financial losses from trading activities.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
